COVID PROTOCOL & FAQs

Join us as we host the New Hampshire Mushroom Company for a mushroom forage!

We will venture into the fields and woods for a hands-on look at identifying wild edible mushrooms common throughout New England.

This mushroom forage is dedicated to all beginner fungus enthusiasts wanting to learn how to correctly identify wild gourmet and medicinal mushrooms.

Most of this class time will be spent outside with time emphasizing proper collection and observation techniques. There will be time for identification as well, learning how to recognize and harvest local, wild edible mushrooms that you can use for your own cooking recipes and enjoyment.

Put on your hiking boots, grab your camera, water bottle and notebook, and come join us for a fun-filled adventure as we learn the names and uses of dozens of wild New England plants and mushrooms.

Warning!!! Foraging for wild edibles is very addictive.

If you love being outdoors, this skill can increase your confidence and quickly become a passion that you and your family can enjoy.

Come and indulge in a creative adventure!
